Job opportunity e-Commerce Support
We are a small team of experienced professionals. We are now looking for a dynamic graduate or young professional to join us.
Main tasks:
QA new features, report bugs to technical support
Provide Functional support to customers.
Train customers on site admin features.
Demonstrate the ecommerce platform to customers, sales support.
Create product feature videos (screen capture), ideally with voice-over.
Cover functional support issues raised via support desk.
Update knowledge database, searchable via online support.
Provide some technical support, deploy patches and execute scripted tasks.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic person with a keen interest in e-commerce. You need to be highly computer literate (office tools, XL, etc. ). Have good understanding of e-commerce, including SEO, some knowledge of digital marketing. We are not looking for a developer, but we are a technical company and you will be expected to want to learn to do some “under-the-bonnet” stuff.
Many of the tasks will involve customer interaction. It is important that you have good communication skills and are happy to interact with customers.
Much of our training and support materials is video. It is a great bonus if you have a clear and confident voice, and able to produce voice overs for our product videos.

Other: Willing to travel, Driving licence.
